Craft the dion's pizza our customers have loved for decades. You'll prepare dough, layer fresh toppings, and ensure every pizza meets our legendary quality standards in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment.
- Experience with pizza or food prep preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge

Be the friendly face of dion's. You'll take orders, serve customers, keep the dining area spotless, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This role is ideal for people-first personalities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Lead your crew and keep dions running like clockwork. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee operations, motivate the team, resolve customer concerns, and uphold dion's standards during your shift.
- 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
Bring the taste of dion's pizza directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll represent our brand on the road, ensuring hot, fresh food arrives on time with a great attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Familiarity with Albuquerque streets and neighborhoods
- Strong customer service and time-management skills
Help lead and grow one of Albuquerque's most iconic dions restaurants. The Assistant General Manager partners with the GM to drive sales, control costs, hire and develop staff, and deliver an exceptional dion's dining experience every day.
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams
- P&L and inventory management knowledge
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
